I specialize in injury-prevention bodywork, corrective exercise, and performance-focused recovery, delivering customized sessions that target pain, improve mobility, and restore balance.

In addition to physical recovery, Performance Loft also offers mental performance coaching to support focus, stress regulation, confidence, and habit-building under pressure. This work complements bodywork and movement training by addressing the cognitive side of performance—helping clients perform well not just physically, but mentally.

Yasmina was so knowledgable and skilled. She was quickly able to talk me through the different pain points I am facing, and how they affect the work and output I want. She did a great job. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend

I first started seeing Yasmina for a car accident I had in December. Her massage therapy on my neck and back along with my alternating chiropractic sessions helped get me back to “normal” in about a month and a half.

I’ve continued to get massages since and am very satisfied with my care. I appreciate Yasmina’s background in working with high level athletes in that she has been exposed to pain and injuries beyond a typical sedentary individual. I live an active lifestyle and Yasmina is able to describe the cause and effects of movements, why my body feels the way it does, and gets to the root cause of my pain quickly. The various techniques she uses are also effective at working out my aches and pains, depending on the particular issues I have. I’ve noticed she hits specific pressure points and holds pressure longer in specific areas that other massage therapists quickly move on or miss completely, bringing a lot of relief. Beyond massage work, Yasmina has suggested breath work for my nervous system and also specific exercises to help with my body imbalances.

I can’t say enough how happy I am with Yasmina’s services and am looking forward to my next appointment!

I cannot recommend Yasmina enough. As I enter my mid-30s, I wanted to understand how to best create long-term quality of life and prevent injuries for myself. I work out regularly (using past physical therapy exercises and intuition), but didn't really know if what I was doing was actually helping my imbalances and setting me up for success.

I decided to try the HumanTrak movement assessment and it was lifechanging. I appreciate getting to learn more about my body, mobility, areas that are imbalanced - and get individualized exercises and direction on how to best help myself.

After doing the assessment, she provides targeted bodywork and sets you up with personalized exercises via an app - making it super easy to do on my own time (both at home and in the gym).

Only one month in, I went from having regular flareups in my neck and back to having none. This was an ongoing issue from a car accident in 2020. After six years of experiencing monthly flareups on my right side, I had relief. And then it has continued for the past four months.

Again, if you're ready to take the initiative to understand your body and remain dedicated to taking her advice and direction, I can't recommend her enough. She has a wealth of expertise working with athletes and people, not to mention she is professional, personable and deeply cares about being of service. I'm glad I found her. Mahalo nui Yasmina!
